Branding for a master planned community in Thornton, CO.

Parterre is a mixed-use master planned community in Thornton, Colorado. It is made up of five residential villages and a central mixed-use commercial district. Positioned as a place to put down roots and grow, every detail has been designed to inspire life to flourish like a vibrant garden in bloom.

Parterre’s logo is a blossoming flower, inspired by the idea that this is a place where everyone can flourish. Its five villages uniquely interpret the logo to create identities of their own. Because like a garden is more than one flower, Parterre is more than just one place. It’s a community of villages with imaginative spaces, delightful patterns, and colorful surprises in full bloom.

Led logo design and visual identity system development while employed by Norris Design.
